Our Cleaning Procedure:
We adopt VI steps cleaning process that is Scientific, hygienic and efficient.
1. MECHANIZED DEWATERING:
we use automatic machine which can dewatering the tank and empty the water tank.
2. SLUDGE REMOVAL & SCRUB:
A sludge pump and special cleaning kit is used to dispose of the dirty water & sludge. Water making it ready to be cleaned with fresh water.
3. HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING:
Using HP Machine (Krenzler, Germany make) generating pressure of around 120-140 bars. Having rotary as well as flat jet for effectively cleaning of all the nooks and corners including ceiling of the tank.
4. VACUUM CLEANING:
A vacuum pump is used to remove sludge & total sedimentation making the tank totally dirt free.
5. ANTI BACTERIAL AGENTS:
Using Eco-friendly and Bio-Degradable, approved by Govt. (ISI Mark) for toxicology and in-vitro anti-bacterial activity.
6. ULTRA-VOILET RADIATION:
Using UV Lamps for UV radiation by a specially developed UV Radiator which is used to kill any suspended or floating bacteria remaining in the tank.
This full process makes the tank 100% bacteria free and makes it perfectly fit for storing clean and drinking water.
Kindly note, we take much lesser time compared to manual cleaning, all our staff are insured, medically fit and are expert in cleaning of tanks of any capacity, anywhere having taken extensive training in this procedure.
As per International Hygiene Standard, it is recommended to clean our storage tanks at least 3 to 4 times in a year for better and healthier life.
